Me and anxiety
I still suffer with anxiety. However various lifestyle changes and positive action have lowered my anxiety levels. Taking action is the key to defeating anxiety. I have used sport, meditation, supplements and diet to lower my anxiety. I would like to promote these methods to other people who contend with anxiety. I have come to the conclusion that traditional medicine is not the answer. At least for me. I feel that pharmaceuticals only mask symptoms and ignore root causes. Hopefully writing this blog will help me and help others.
